I am Suzanne Robinson CC, certified life coach and practice builder. I have been working in the dental industry for over 25 years as a practice builder and certified life coach. I work with individuals or the team as a whole to overcome unproductive behaviors and negative thinking, train on front office systems, enhance management skills, motivate and inspire individuals to rise to their own personal greatness.
I help discover each members individual gifts and talents. Unproductive behaviors keep us from achieving the level of success we desire in our professional and personal lives. Most practices have great systems already but are paralyzed by unproductive negative behaviors and ways of thinking. If they do not change the way they think they cannot change the way they act and professional and personal success will continue to elude the doctor and practice.
I provide the tools necessary to move through unproductive behaviors and thinking. I closely follow up to keep those tools sharpened. An excerpt from a Wikipedia definition of life coaching is: “coaching is unlike therapy because it does not focus on examining nor diagnosing the past. Instead coaching focuses on effecting change in a client's current and future behavior. Additionally, life coaching does not delve into diagnosing mental illness or dysfunction.”
Here is how I do it:
- I ask you the necessary probing questions to understand where you are, what you are struggling with, and where you want to go with your professional and personal life.
- I create an action plan based on your needs and goals. You might not realize it, but simple mistakes could be costing you thousands of dollars in lost production, referrals and the simple pleasures of life.
- I speak with you weekly to hold you accountable to the challenges I create, create new challenges according to the new ways of thinking you are developing and offer you inspiration and support with the tools I provide.
- I work on the highest priority issues first to assist you in changing the way you think, to change the way you act to include how you interact with others in your professional and personal life.
On site training/coaching is one service we offer. I customize all my services to each client's individual unique situation. No two practices are exactly alike and need to be viewed that way. No cookie cutter approach here. I come on site, stay for a few days, live and breathe your practice, do chart auditing, listen to your case presentation to patients, your staff's presentation of treatment, observe the overall dynamics of your practice, review your systems and get a real feel for your local community.
